This opinion is completely independent, based on our experiences. We made our own choices, visited the area anonymously, and paid our bills in full.

Is Borik Beach Zadar worth it?

Yes, Zadar’ s Plaža Borik is well worth a visit for its tranquil setting and numerous amenities. We found this beach, bordered by a large grassy park, ideal for families or for a cool break in the shade of the pine trees. We particularly appreciated the quality of the very clear water and the low-traffic atmosphere (during our visit in April), perfect for a refreshing swim.

This is one of the best beaches in Zadar!

Sand or no sand?

Borik Beach in Zadar consists of a combination of small round pebbles and concrete slabs. We recommend that you wear appropriate footwear if you have sensitive feet.

Swimming conditions and supervision

The slope is gentle and the water very clear, calm and clean. Waves are very rare, ensuring safe and enjoyable swimming for all ages. The beach is supervised by lifeguards during the summer season. We particularly appreciated the calm atmosphere and the quality of the water for swimming.
