  • A complete and generous culinary experience<\/strong>: the variations on offer transform this traditional dish into a veritable gustatory voyage. As beer lovers, we opted for the local Pivo lager<\/g> orAngelus craft porter<\/g>. When it comes to wine, opt for Croatian Muscat or Vrhunski<\/g> Sauvignon. For a 100% local experience, try Cockta<\/em>, a cult Slovenian Coke. <\/p>\n\n

    The restaurant’s atmosphere reminded us of a neighborhood cantine where time has stood still. In this intimate space in the old town, locals and tourists rub shoulders at the wooden tables, united by their love of strukli. The tempting smell of cheese au gratin fills the air as the family team busies itself in the kitchen. The 25-minute wait is part of the ritual. It’s time to prepare each minute order. Conversations mingle with the clatter of cutlery, creating the symphony typical of Zagreb’s good restaurants, where people eat elbow to elbow, without fuss but with passion. <\/p>\n\n
