The current owner, Josip, perpetuates a refined local cuisine, faithful to its roots, offering a subtle balance between respect for tradition and culinary creativity. Finally, don&#8217;t miss the dessert of the day, for us the pistachio cheesecake, delicate and perfectly dosed in sugar. <\/p>\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll discover generous, refined local cuisine that respects natural flavors. We particularly recommend the white wine Po\u0161ip Rizman, with its Claire color and fruity notes, both dry and perfectly balanced. The interior decor blends modernity and tradition, with stone walls and burgundy velvet chairs with gold legs.
