What you will eat
The menu features modern Mediterranean cuisine based on local produce from the Kvarner region. You’ll discover creative menus, renewed every season, that combine Croatian tradition with contemporary techniques.
We particularly appreciated the freshness of the amuse-bouche: a red mullet marinated in olive oil and lemon cream.

For starters, we enjoyed a sea bass carpaccio with pistachios, crumble and marinated vegetables. All very fresh, delicious and pleasant to eat.

Next, we opted for the black and white ravioli stuffed with crab and ricotta, accompanied by a langoustine bisque. The cooking was perfect, as was the seasoning.

For dessert, we were tempted by the white chocolate mousse on kadaif noodles and roasted vine peach. We appreciated the variety of textures and flavors in this dessert.

Overall, we found the portions balanced, neither too hearty nor too light, for a harmonious taste experience.

What you will drink
The carefully selected wine list includes local and international vintages, with a well-stocked cellar. You’ll be able to choose from a wide variety to perfectly accompany your meal.
Before getting started, we indulged in a cool, refreshing Hugo Spritz cocktail that got our taste buds going.

The staff will expertly guide you in choosing the right wine and food pairings for your dishes. You can also opt for wines by the glass, making them easy to discover and enjoy.
What we drank: a perfectly balanced local white wine, which enhanced the marine flavors of our menu. We recommend that you ask for advice for a personalized experience.
The atmosphere of the restaurant

The decor blends classic elegance with modern touches. The spacious terrace offers panoramic sea views.
The ambiance is chic, romantic and intimate. We appreciated the subdued lighting and discreet music, which contribute to a warm, soothing atmosphere. The staff are professional and attentive.
