Es wurde 1952 gegr\u00fcndet und ist f\u00fcr seine <g id=\"gid_0\">au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Sammlung von Werken naiver Kunst kroatischen Ursprungs<\/g> bekannt. Sein Ruhm beruht auf dem historischen Reichtum dieser Sammlung, die mehr als <g id=\"gid_1\">1900 St\u00fccke<\/g> umfasst, darunter bedeutende Werke von K\u00fcnstlern aus der <g id=\"gid_2\">Schule der Hlebine-Bauernmaler<\/g> wie Ivan Generali\u0107 und Franjo Mraz. Es ist lediglich m\u00f6glich, auf die Ebene des Innenhofs zu gelangen. Diese Methode, die aus der popul\u00e4ren religi\u00f6sen Ikonografie \u00fcbernommen wurde, erfordert eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Planung.
